Jenny is a creative and innovative strategist. She spent the first 20 years of her career in marketing and communication and new business development in the sectors FMCG, Retail, and international services. She was Strategy Director and part of the management team of Oglivie One Worldwide, became partner of the Company Group in the Netherlands where she founded and grew several companies. The Group was sold to TBWA (Omnicom) and in May 2001 she became CEO of TBWA. She left in December 2003 and after a year of seeking new sources of inspiration. Jenny went on to co-author The Perfect World Principle, a book that would inadvertently lead her to start a whole new career of finding solutions to wildly diverse business dilemmas.
Jenny is a true out-of-the-box thinker and an investor in a number of new marketing ventures. She now divides her time between these new companies, her own burgeoning business and being non-executive and board member on a number of charitable Boards such as African Spirit Group, Effie Worldwide Inc, Habitat for Humanity, Naga foundation, Plan Nederland/International, UnitedSuccess, Pymwymic.
